UNREST IN SPAIN.

PLOTS AGAINST THE KING. ARREST OF FIVE SUSPECTS. PARIS, Oct. 17. The Paris correspondent of the Chicago Tribune states that five " Reds" have been imprisoned on a charge of plotting to assassinate E'ing Alfonso and General De Rivera on their arrival in Barcelona. They were preceded by hundreds of detectives and thousands of police. The suspects were armed to the teeth and intended to fire at tho royal train when it was entering the station. A hundred officers, whom the Government had previously subjected to disciplinary action, cheered King Alfonso but hissed General De Rivera. King Alfonso has granted an amnesty to 80 artillery officers who were implicated in tho recent mutiny.
