PREPARING FOR WAR.
RUSSIANS EXPECTANT. RED OFFICERS WARNED. Sun _ MOSCOW. Oct. 26. " Curl your moustaches, and bo prepared to meet war in the near future," said Voroshiloff, Commissar of War, in an address to 6000 newly-graduated Red officers. " The Soviet desires peace," said Voroshiloff, " but military conferences in the Baltic States and in Poland threaten Russia to an increasing degree. Undoubtedly she will be attacked on the smallest excuse." The Commissar warned his hearers of the danger of overdoing comradeship with the men m the ranks. This, ho said, would encourage disrespect and disobedience.
