HERTZOG'S CLAIMS.
DISAPPROVAL IN NATAL. DOCTRINE OF INDEPENDENCE. Australian ;md N.Z. Cable Association (Rccd. 5.5 p.m.) CAPETOWN. Oct. 26. The provincial congress of the South African Party in Natal unanimously passed the following resolution:— " This conference, representing the great majority of the people in Natal, emphatically repudiates the doctrine of international independence propounded by the Prime Minister, General Hertzog, at the Imperial Conference, which has not received the approval of the Parliament or the people of South Africa."
