FAT STOCK MARKET.

WEEKLY WESTFI ELD SALE. BEEF PRICES UNCHANGED. MUTTON VALUES SHOW DECLINE. Prices for beef at the Westfield fat stock sales yesterday were firm at recent rates. There was a good yarding of cattle and competition was keen. Sheep were penned in large nnmbors and as a result prices all round showed a decline of Is to 2s a head. There was j also a good yarding of lambs, prices for which were slightly easier. Some nice lines of hoggets were offered, values being well maintained. A good yarding of calves sold well at recent rates. There was a fairly good demand for an average yarding of pigs, but prices were hardly equal to late rates.
