Walker (Mr. Wilkin), proprietors of the launch Gull, sought to recover £l5O damages, from Thomas Hunter (Mr. A. Moody). Plaintiffs alleged that their launch was lying at the Riverhead Wharf, when defendant came alongside and steered his launch, the Centaur, so negligently as to ram the Gull amidships.
