CAUGHT IN PILE DRIVER.
WORKMAN'S HAND CRUSHED. [BY TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.] WHANGAKEI, Friday. While working on tho Public Works Departments operations at Pukehuia today, Ernest Hilford had his hand crushed in a pile driver. The sufferer was brought to the Wharigarei Hospital. It is hoped that his hand may be saved.
