MAORI GIRL INJURED.
STRUCK BY A MOTOR-CAR. [by telegraph.—press association.] WHAKATANE. Friday. A Maori girl, Hine Takotohiwi, was knocked down by a motor-car at Paroa on Wednesday, while going home from school, and received dangerous injuries to her head. She now lies in the Whakatane Hospital in a. precarious condition.
