THE ARAPUNI WORKS.

MORE MACHINERY ARRIVES. Tho first of three turbine valves to be used in the large power house at Arapuni arrived at Auckland from England by the New Zealand Shipping Company's steamer Opawa yesterday morning. The valve is valued at over £6OOO and weighs about 30 tons. It is in eight castings, the heaviest being nine tons.
