CAR GOES OVER BANK.
WOMAN'S SKULL FRACTURED. MISHAP NEAR PARAPARAUMU. [BY TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORESPONDENT.] WELLINGTON, Friday. Two people were injured and .three badly shaken when a motor-car, in swerving to pass another car, went over a bank two miles north of Paraparaumu yesterday. Mrs. Louis Cohen, of Wellington, who sustained a fractured skull, and another occupant, who suffered from cuts and shock, had to be taken to the hospital. Mrs. Cohen was reported to-day to be in a fairly satisfactory condition. The hood of the car and the windscreen were considerably damaged.
