UNDEFENDED DIVORCE.
WIFE GRANTED DECREE. An undefended divorce action was heard in the Supreme Court yesterday before Mr. Justice Herdman. On the ground of desertion, Lillian Andrew (Mr. Hart) sought dissolution of her marriage with Charles Rov David Andrew. Petitioner said the marriage took place .in 1918,' and in 1923 respondent left her without giving any reason. A decree nisi \?as granted, custody of the three children being vested in the petitioner.
