DANGEROUS DRIVING.

HAMILTON PROSECUTION. [BY TEt-EGRAPXI.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.] : HAMILTON. Wednesday. Two farmers," Jeremiah Flynn and Raymond Gifford, were charged in the Hamilton Police Court this morning with driving negligently and in a manner dangerous to the public. The charge was a sequel to a collision which occurred at the intersection of Victoria and Collingwood Streets. The magistrate, Mr. Wyvern Wilson, said the evidence showed that Gilford was travelling slower than Flynn, who passed him and turned without properly signalling his intention. • The charges against Gifford were dismissed" and'Flynn was fined £5 and lis costs on the charge of driving in a manner dangerous to the public. -
