FURTHER FLUCTUATIONS. LATEST QUOTATION 203.50. (Received. 5.5 p.m.) Reuter. LONDON, July 29. The rate of exchange for the French franc opened in London this morning at 210.50 to the pound, compared with 202.75 at which quotations closed last evening. To-day's closing price was 203.50.
