BAN ON COMMUNISTS.
BRITISH LABOUR PARTY. FIVE BRANCHES EXPELLED. A. and N.Z. LONDON. July 29. The executive of the British Labour Party has cancelled the affiliation of the West Ham, Letvisham, Chelsea, Westminster and Holborn branches for not carrying out the decision of the Liverpool conference to exclude Communists from membership.
