THE SOCCER DISPUTE.
PLAYING JUNIOR GAMES. A statement regarding the Association football dispute was made yesterday by Mr. F. M. Ritchie, chairman of the Junior Management, Committee. Mr. Ritchie stated that, as an arrangement has been arrived at with the Management Committee, the Junior Management Committee at a special meeting had rescinded the motion passed on Tuesday evening, and had arranged to carry on all junior fixtures. The motion referred to was as follows: —"Owing to a lack of confidence shown by the Auckland Football Association Management Committee in the Junior Management Committee's decisions we do not feel disposed to carry on fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh grade games untij a satisfactory arrangement is arrived at."
