COBHAM'S DETENTION.
DAMAGE tp: SEAPLANE. THREE DAYS; FOR REPAIRS, (Received 6,55 p.m.).- • Reuter. LONDON, July 17. Advices from Karachi, India, state that Mr. Alan J. Cobham unsuccessfully attempted to resume his, flight, to Australia. The lower carriage strut of his seaplane was damaged in taking off. ' h : Three days' delay for repairs is anticipated. . Mr. Cobham has .flown to Karachi from Bandar Abbas, via Charbar.
