POSITION OF DOMINIONS. Renter. LONDON, May 4. In reply to a question in the House of Com moo s j the Secretary of State for the Dominions, Mr. L. C. M. S. Am cry said the agreement between Great Britain and the Soviet made in 192J, applied to Canada but he was not aware of any negotiations to extend Soviet trade to other dominions.
