THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL.
The Governor-General, Sir Charles Fergusson, had no public engagements in Auckland yesterday. Lady Alice Fergusson visited the premises of the Young Women's Christian Association yesterday afternoon. Their Excellencies will give a garden party at Government House this afternoon. Sir Charles Fergusson will be present at the opening of the association football season at Blandford Park tomorrow afternoon.
