BLOW TO COMMUNISM.
OXFORD STUDENTS' POLL.
SUPPORT FOR DISCIPLINE. A. and N.Z. LONDON. Feb. 16. The poll of Oxford University students on tho question. of the authorities demanding a promise from two undergrades to refrain from Communist propaganda was taken yesterday. The result was that the voto supported tho chancellor's action by a majority of 403 to 367. This is expected to end the matter.
