NEW COMPANY FORMED.
The prospectus has just been issued of Sinclair's Theatres and Vaudeville, Limited, a company which is being floated to acquire .the' lease of the Broadway Theatre, Newmarket, and the Orpheum Theatre, Onehunga.
The capital of the proposed company is to be £SOOO, to be divided into 5000 shares of £1 each, 4000 of which are offered for public subscription. The promoters of the company propose To establish a vaudeville circuit in connection with these two theatres and tc lease the artists to the managements other theatres when they have, completed their sc.-/ on with Sinclair's theatres.
