GOVERNOR'S DESCENDANT. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 6.5 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 2. Mrs. Reginald Dykes-Marshall has died at Keswick at the age of 83. Her mother was the only daughter of Sir Charles A. Fitz Roy, who became Governor of New South Wales in 1846. Mrs. Dykes-Mar-shall spent part of her girlhood in Australia with her grandfather. It was during that period that her mother turned the first sod of the first railway that vras opened in Australia.
