BRITISH COALMINERS.
BOYCOTT OF COMMISSION, PROVISIONAL WITHDRAWAL. (Received 5.5 p.m.) Sun. LONDON. Oct. 7. The executive of the Miners' Federation has decided to revoke its decision to boycott the Coal Commission, provided that it be given a guarantee that the men's wages will not be reduced below the level which ruled in Jaly.
