BULL SALE AT PUKEKOHE.
[BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT. ] PUKEKOHE, Thursday. Messrs. Alfred Buckland and Son's, Ltd., held their annual bull sale at Pukekohe to-day. There was an entry of nearly 300 head. The demand was keen and values glowed an increase on last season. The top price, GOgns., was paid by Mr. G. W Elliott. of Pokeno Valley, for a two-year Shorthorn bred by Mr. R. King of Buckland. Prices were: Pedigree Shorthorns, yearlings to 'two-year-olds, 18gns. upward; grade Shorthorns, yearlings to two-year-old, 10 em to 13ijros.; aged Shorthorns, 6gns to hens.; pedigree Jerseys, yearlings to two-years-old, lSgns. to 34*na.: .grade Jcrs<'y». yearlings to two-years-old, Bgn«. to i9pts., Holsteins, 7gris. to Jsgns.; Ayrahires, {Sgns. to Bgns.
