PARTNERSHIP DISSOLVED.
A COMMISSION BUSINESS. TAKING OF ACCOUNTS ORDERED. An application for release from a verbal partnership arrangement was made by John De Costa Andrade (Mr. Hogg) against Thomas Francis Long in the Supreme Court yesterday before Mr. Justice Herdman. Plaintiff said be entered into a commission agency business with Long last January. In June defendant took charge of the books and assets of the partnership to the value of about £2OO. There had been several disputes before the separation. His Honor: Do you say defendant had been helping himself to the partnership funds to pay his private accounts?— Yes. His Honor granted a decree dissolving the partnership and ordered that a statement of accounts should be taken.
