TWENTY YEARS SEPARATED. WIFE GRANTED DECREE. An tmciefe ed etifcion. for divorce based on seara 4 1 for 22 years was brought by Willn i. iinr. Petronella Foley (Mr. Meredith) against Patrick Foley in the Supreme Court yesterday before Mr. Justice Herdman. Petitioner said the marriage took place in 1873. Respondent left her 22 years ago, and she had not spoken to him for 20 years. She had supported several of the children until they attained their majority, and she had not received any allowance from respondent. A decree nisi was granted.
