DELAY IN FLOTATIONS. | ENGLISH LOCAL BODIES FIRST. Australian and N.Z. O.ble Association (Rood. 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 6. Owing to the flotation this week of I three British municipal loans aggregating | £2,800,000, and another trustee stock j issue next week, the Australian States I loans will be deferred, possibly for a fortnight. i It is understood that the withdrawal of Mr. ,T. T. Lang, Premier of Now South ! Wales, from the Loan Council, under I which the States agreed to a rotation of I Joans, has been to the disadvantage of j New South Wales, as preference in the j matter of loan accommodation will now j be given to the other States.
