JUBILEE INSTITUTE FAIR.
The Jubilee Institute for the Blind will hold its annual fair on the afternoons, of October 30 and 31, when the public will have an opportunity of seeing the insti tute at work and of purchasing the attractive articles made by the blind workers. Tea, music, sido-shows, produce stalls and so on will offer additional entertainment. The proceeds will go to the building fund.
