SCANDAL IN PRUSSIA.
EX-CROWN PRINCE CHARGED. A TENDER ATTACHMENT. Router. BEKLIN. Oct. t The Socialists were responsible for a sensational debate in the Prussian Landtag. They charged the ex Crown Prince with having detained an engine-driver's daughter in his mansion at Oels. The Government repudiated the charge. It is said the people of Oels were suffering from a delusion and listening to baseless rumours. The Socialists alleged that the father of the girl had been arrested and sent to a mental hospital when he was about to intervene to rescue his daughter from an impossible love affair. The Cabinet promised to invfstigate the matter further.
