WORK IN DOMINIONS.
BETTER THAN THE DOLE. EX-SERVICEMEN'S RESOLUTION. A. and N.Z. LONDON. Oct. *. After having visited the Canadian and Australian pavilions at the Empire Exhibition, ex-sailors and soldiers carried a resolution urging that part of the unproductive dole should he used to establish British unemployed in the Dominions. The ex-servicemen suggested that the money be devoted to the maintenance of unemployed men in the Dominions while they are establishing themselves on a selfsupporting basis. They added: "This will remove the disability which operates against many who wish to take advantage, of the great opportunities Canada and Australia present to relieve the British taxpayer, and set the wheels of economic recovery in motion all over the Empire.
