ALLEGATION OF THEFT.
SUIT CASE AND WHISKY. [BY TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.] HAMILTON. Wednesday. A man named Charles Murphy, aged 28, was charged at Hamilton to-day with stealing a suitcase and 11 bottles of whisky valued at £7 14s. Accused pleaded not guilty, reserved his defence, aiid was committed for trial. Bail was allowed in two sureties of £2OO,
