DEADLOCK AT BRADFORD. j LOWER WAGES REFUSED. Australian and N.Z. Cablo Association. (Reed. G. 5 p.m.) LONDON, Aug. 11, Tho sittings of tho Industrial Council which was trying to settle tho Bradford wool textile dispute were resumed, but liroko down late on Monday night. The employers insisted that pending Arbitration work should bo resumed at reduced wages, Tho employees refused to consent to this, and tho lock-out continues.
