The Berlin correspondent of Le Petit Parisien says ho learns a Russo-German conference was hold in Berlin recently and drew up an addendum to the treaty of Rapallo. The terms of this addendum have been kept secrot, but they aro believed to determine tho lines of futuro collaboration between Russia and Germany in tho evont of Germany entering tho League of Nations or signing tho projected security pact.
