TWO SHIPS ICE-BOUND. McMillan expedition. (Received 5.5 p.m.) Router. WASHINGTON. July 31. A wireless message lias been received from Captain McMillan, leader of tho. Arctic expedition stating that his ships, Bowdoin and Peary, are locked in the ico pack in Melville Bay in sight of Capo York on tho skyline. The vessels will be unable to move until the weather conditions change, Eog, ice, magnetic variations and other troubles prevail.
