PRESIDENT VAN BUREN. MISHAP OFF JAPAN. Ueuler. 'I OHIO. May 1. The United States Shipping Board's 10, OCX) tun steamer, President Van Bnren, went aground off Snma, near Kobe. It is hoped to refloat her at full tide to morrow morning.
