LATE DANCER'S ESTATE.
PARENTS MAKE A CLAIM. GABY DES LYS' NATIONALITY. Sun LONDON. Mar. 8. The Butla Test correspondent of the Daily Mail says that five years after the death of the late Mdslle. Gaby des Lys, who was a famous dancer, her father and two sisters are claiming a share of her estate of £400.000. Except for a legacy to her dancing partner, Harry I'ilcer, the entire estate was bequeathed to the poor of Marseilles, where a French woman adopted the dancer before she achieved fame. The authorities at Marseilles were at first incredulous, but are now convinced that Mdslle. des Lys was born in Hungary, anil that her real name was Hedwig Nawratil.
