WHOLEMEAL BREAD.
Sir, —I read with pleasure Dr. Thacker's advice re wholemeal bread, which contains all the nutriment essential for tho welfare of the health of tho body. "Puzzled" writes that the cost of tho wholemeal is 60 per cent, more than that of tho dressed flour. I fancy there is some error in that statement. My baker retails the 21b. wholemeal loaf at tho same prico as the white loaf. I partake of o other, ad I strongly recommend it to all persons who desire to obtain this excellent bread, which is pure and unadulterated. ErsoM.
