DISPUTE WITH TURKEY.
GREECE APPEALS TO LEAGUE. AGREEMENTS INFRINGED. (Received 5.5 p.tn.) Renter. ' GENEVA. Feb. 11. The Greek Government lias appealed to the League of Nations regarding the expulsion of the Greek Patriarch, Monsiguor Constantino, from Turkey. Greece declares that the action of the Turks infringes the convention' for the exchange of populations, also other agreements, and that it creates a situation which involves a risk of affecting tho relations between tho two countries.
