COMPLETE RETURNS TO HAND OFFICIAL COUNT PROCEEDING. The two outstanding returns in connection with the Waitemata Power Board election wera made available on Saturday morning. The two districts in question were Titirangi and in the Waitemata County and Helensville town district. ... The complete returns for this district are as follow: —Successful candidates, Messrs. J, W. Mackie, 420 votes; C. S. West, 361; F. W. Grigg, 352; I. McLeod, 340. Unsuccessful candidates: Messrs. H. A. Robertson, 331; J. Hand, 281; J. C. Rimmer, 276; R. D. Stewart, 234; C. 0. Shuttleworth, 149. The names of candidates elected for the Boroughs of Takapuna, Birkenhead and Northcote, and the Henderson and Glen Eden town districts have already been published. These returns are subject to the official count of the returning officer. The count was commenced on Saturday, and the final result should be available this afternoon.
