INDUCTION OF MINISTER.
NEW RICHMOND CHURCH. The Rev. Angus Mac Donald, C.8.E., of the Presbyterian Church, was inducted on Thursday evening in the newly-formed church extension charge of Richmond. The Rev. W. D. Morrison-Sutherland, of Mount Albert; preached the sermon. The Moderator of the charge, the Rav. William McDonald, of Epsom, presided and inducted the Rev. Angus Mac Donald, while the Revs. T. Halliday, of Grey Lynn, and G. Gibb, of Parnell, addressed the minister and people respectively. At the close of the . service a social was held. Addresses of welcome were given by the Revs. D. D. Scott, Moderator of the Presbytery, G. Budd, superintendent of Home Missions, E. R. Harries, Moderator of St. Stephen's session, and Mr. Nairn, representative elder, while Messrs. D. McPherson, J. Hibburt, J. Mitchell and D. Stewart spoke on behalf of the congregation, Sunday School and Bible Class.
