PROBLEM FOR POLICE.
A MURDER ScNSATION.
"DEAD" MAN REAPPEARS.
LONDON. Dec. 7.
The Falkirk police are puzzled. They arrested Alexander Macpherson and charged him with murdering John Busher, with -whom he lodged, and who was said to have been found dead in bed after quarreling with Macpherson about a football match.
Busher, alive and uninjured, however, appeared at the lodging house after Macpherson's arrest.
The police are unable to identify the dead man, who resembled Busher and who occupied his bed.
