LATE MISS I. M. WHYTE.
INTERMENT AT HAMILTON. ROTORUA'S DEEP TRIBUTE. [fly TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.] ROTOROA. Friday. The remains of the late Miss Isobel M. Whyte, matron of the King George V. Hospital, were placed on a train to-day for Hamilton, where the interment will take place. Services were held at the Anglican Church with military honours. The coffin-bearers were officers who served during the war. Tho medical staff, the sisters and nurses and a great attendance of the general public witnessed the ceremony. At the railway station Maori chiefs made a farewell oration.
