MINISTERS' MOVEMENTS.
The Hon. C. J. Parr, Minister for Education and Justice, left Gisborne yesterday overland for the Bay of Plenty. While in Gisborne he inspected the schools and presided at tho prize-giving of the High School. He authorised an immediate extension of the school, and among other Gisborne needs promised improvements to the Supremo Court build-
ings. Sir R. Hoaton Rhodes, Minister for Defence, returned to Wellington yesterday from tho South Island.
