EX-KAISER'S INCOME.
PAYMENT BY PRUSSIA.

A .statement submitted to the Diet by the Finance Minister shows that the Prussian State paid 30,000,000 marks to the ex-Kaiser till May, 1920, and 24,000 Butch guilders last year, also 50,000 gold marks monthly to the administrator of the ex-Royal house for the maintenance of members of the family. Ministers suggest that the Royal palaces at Berlin, Potsdam and elsewhere be regarded as the property of the State, a few estates and hnnting lodges to bo the private property gf the Hohenzolleins^
