WORKING THE RAILWAYS.
INQUIRY INTO METHODS. EXPERTS DUE NEXT MONTH. [BX TELEGRAPH. —OWX CO&BESPOKDENT.] WELLINGTON. Friday. Sir Vincent Raven and Sir Samuel Fay, who havo been making an inquiry into railway administration' in New South Wales, are expected to leave Sydney for Wellington in the first week of October. They are coming to New Zealand at tho instance of the Government to make similar investigations with respect to railway matters in the Dominion and make recommendations to the Cabinet.
