A shocking burning accident happened to a year and. 11 months' old child, son of Mr. Alfred Smith, Harbour ' Street, yesterday afternoon. . ~., ,
The child fell in an . open fire in a neighbour's yard, . and was terribly burned about the face before he was rescued. He was removed to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. - /
