WELLINGTON, Thursday.
The Victoria College Council last night discussed the question of whether university colleges should now be made separate universities, and appointed a committee to go into the matter.
During the debate Mr. -McCallum said it would be time enough to raise the question 50 years hence, when New Zealand had sufficient population.
