The contest was, however, postponed until Monday. Godfree is getting old now, and Kingscote lias been playing big tennis for many years. ' , Woosnam has also been in the forefront of tennis in England for some years.' Last year, Lycett (England's best player), Godfree,' and Wheatlev bore the brunt of . the attack for England against Spain, by whom they were beaten by three matches Jto two.
