( ; The recent manoeuvres had to be brokei off because the'ships Wyoming, Arkansas Utah and Florida needed repairs. The Atlantic base: are better, but not nearly all of them art adequate.' v As regards - petroleum reserves there a, deficiency of ,68 per cent, in reserves re quired in the Pacific. The Atlantic reserve deficiencies, are even greater.. i^
