EMERGENCY MEASURE. [by TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION. ] WELLINGTON, Wednesday. To meet difficulties arising out of the disorganisation of the - railway services owing to the strike, the Minister for Agriculture, the Hon. W. Nosworthy, has made arrangements for the grading of butter and cheese to be carried out as an emergency measure at certain ports and other places where grading is not usually undertaken. . It should, however, be understood, the Minister states. that the*e xparcia! arrangements are made at considerable inconvenience to the department, ; and ' cannot be continued when normal conditions are resumed.
