THE CRUISER CHATHAM.
FOR EAST indies STATION. CREW TO REMAIN HERE. H.M.S. Chatham, -which is to be relieved by H M.S. Dunedin, as flagship of the New Zealand Navy, is to be employed as' flagship in the East Indies. A definite date for the Chatham's departure from New Zealand has not been fixed, but she will probably leave at the end of May. The Chatham's company will transfer to the Dunedin, and the present company of the latter vessel will man the Chatham. The Chatham, which is now at Wellington, will return to Auckland with the British Special Service Squadron on May 10.
