SPEEDING MOTORIST FINED.
OVER 40 MILES AN HOUR. [BY '.TELEGRAPH.OWN CORRESPONDENT.] HAMILTON. Tuesday. A fine of £10 and costs was imposed upon a motor engineer, Bertram Harold Ross, who pleaded guilty at the Magistrate's Court yesterday, before Mr. H. A. Young, S.M., to a charge of speeding. Witnesses estimated the speed of the car at from 40 to 60 miles per hour.
